Main Use

WAW-D series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, shear and other mechanical properties of metal materials. After adding simple test equipment, it can also be used to test transmission chain, mining three-ring chain, high-strength bolts and cement, concrete, rubber and its products.

This machine is four columns, double screws, oil cylinder lower host structure, control oil source for the piano type oil source control cabinet. The tensile space is located above the main machine, and the compression, bending and shear tests are located below the main machine, i.e. between the moving crossbeam and the working table. Adjustment of the test space is realized by moving the position of the middle beam, which is driven by a chain transmission driven by a gear motor. The computer automatically controls the servo valve to complete the loading process of the specimen, with equal rates of test force, equal rates of deformation, equal rates of displacement of a variety of automatic control modes, a variety of control modes can be realized between the smooth switching, independent external controllers and strong power control system for the stable operation of the equipment to provide a strong guarantee. After the completion of the test, the computer can automatically calculate the modulus of elasticity of the material, tensile strength, upper and lower yield strength, non-proportional elongation strength, maximum force total elongation, post-break elongation and section shrinkage and other test results, and can be directly output the standard test report and test curves, and can be exported to the EXCELL and WORD format output statistical reports.
