SXW micro-control vortex washing sand washer is a microcomputer control technology to realize timing and speed regulation, and determine the percentage of mud contained in the sand samples. Its structure consists of body, motor, mixing shaft, flow-blocking bar, sand washing cup microcomputer control system and other components.

III.use and adjustment

1. Weigh the dried sand sample in the sand washing cup 7. 2.

2. Add 390 ml of water and 10 ml of 5% sodium pyrophosphate solution. 3.

3. Place the sand washing cup 7 on the pallet 6, raise the pallet 6 so that the mixing shaft 9 completely extends into the sand washing cup 7, and tighten the eccentric positioning wrench 4. 4.

4. Turn on the power switch, turn on the power.

6. When the mixing stops, loosen the positioning screw, remove the sand washing cup, carefully rinse the sand mud sticking to the wall of the cup, and stir with a glass rod, and then add water to the standard height of 125 mm at the end.

7. Leave to settle for 10 minutes, then insert a siphon tube (as shown in the figure, the distance from the end of the tube to the surface of the sand should be 12-13 mm) to remove the muddy water.

8. secondary addition of water to the standard height, stirring with a glass rod for 30 seconds, let it sit for 10 minutes and then siphon off the upper part of the turbid water. This is repeated many times until the water is transparent (but the third and many times thereafter are left to stand for 5 minutes).

9. with a funnel of about 100 mm in diameter, built-in filter paper to wash the sand in the cup of the residual sand particles filtered out, and the wet sand together with the filter paper in a glass surface dish in the oven, at a temperature of 105 ~ 200 ℃ drying about one hour, remove the cold, weighing its weight.

IV.Repair and maintenance

1. The machine cannot be rotated without load.

2. Pay attention to whether the circuit is insulated and the ground wire is connected or not. 3.

3. After daily use, unplug the power supply, loosen the eccentric positioning wrench 4, lower the pallet, and wipe the sand washing blade clean.

4. The machine should not run continuously for more than 60 minutes.

5. When not in use, cover it with a plastic film cover to prevent dust.
