1. Optical system:

CX-9900 adopts the optical system previously used only in laboratory instruments, which has been specially improved to meet the needs of portable spectrometers. It can receive all elemental spectral lines in the analyzed wavelength range (170nm-530nm) with good precision and stability. Individual devices in the optical system, such as gratings (focal length 400mm) or high-performance detectors, are well secured and protected, making the instrument dust-proof, shock-resistant, and rugged.

2. Excitation gun:

The standard excitation gun namely can apply spark light source for precise compositional analysis of alloys including element C, and can also use arc light source for material sorting and grade identification. A specially designed small optical system is available for analyzing P, S, B, Sn and As in steels, and a plug-in connector makes switching from one source to another very easy and fast.

3. Electrodes and fixtures:

Electrodes and fixtures can be changed without the use of tools, easily and quickly. Switching from spark to arc light source takes only a few seconds. Equipped with a variety of fixtures to adapt to different shapes and sizes of samples, it is easy to detect tubes, wires, small samples and other special shapes of the surface.

4. Interface:

CX-9900 mobile spectrometer provides USB interface, printer, display and network interface.

5.Battery Pack:

With power-saving features of the light source to ensure that the CX-9900 mobile spectrometer, the detector can be optional battery pack power supply. Charge once can be excited hundreds of times. The battery can be placed in a cart or backpack, and can be easily connected to the instrument through the socket. This allows the instrument to be used in almost any situation.

6. Cart:

The trolley can be integrated with the instrument to ensure safety at work and flexibility of movement. The ergonomic design allows the instrument to be operated at a convenient position and height. If necessary, the trolley can be divided into three parts for easy transportation.

7.ICAL

ICAL (Intelligent Calibration Function) logic system that displays and controls the status of the instrument so that the instrument is unaffected by changes in the external environment, this eliminates the need for recalibration due to location and temperature changes.

8. APF Extension Software:

The APF Extension Software automatically recognizes the matrix of the sample under test and automatically selects the applicable analytical program. This feature saves the user a great deal of time when detecting unknown metals.

9. WINDOWS Software:

WINDOWS offers a wide range of support functions and options and is very easy to operate. A control system with diagnostic functions supported by hardware and software ensures that the instrument operator operates correctly.

10. Expandability:

Change and update the CX-9900 detector analysis program than any other spectrometer is easier. ICAL logic system and advanced detector technology to make the instrument more convenient and easy to adapt to the changing analytical requirements, increase the substrate and elements only need to add software, no need to change the hardware.
