Description
The sand strength testing machine is mainly used for the determination of type (core) sand, at room temperature (or hot) compressive, shear, bending, tensile and cleavage strength and the output of the actual force value, can also be used for ceramics, cement and other industries to determine the strength of other materials, special stepping motor-driven mechanical transmission - loading system, high-precision force transducer, microcomputer processing control, printing system, and so on. It can automatically complete the whole process of testing, data processing, display, printing and storage. Can be widely used in scientific research, teaching, production.
Mainly test the performance of casting sand, clay sand, resin sand, coated sand and other materials.
I. Characteristics of strength meter
1.CNC mechanical loading
This instrument adopts a special stepping motor, worm gear and worm gear reduction mechanism and linear slide shaft balance mechanism, through the single chip microcomputer digital control, to realize fully automatic uniform loading. Ensure the uniform loading of the specimen cross-section, with a high-speed digital table to directly display the test results, and can protect the value of the large destructive force for recording;
Combined with domestic and foreign instruments and the characteristics of SWG, SWX and SWY series strength machine products of our factory, vertical loading is adopted when doing strength test of sand (foreign products are mostly vertical), which overcomes the testing error caused by static friction and self-weight when the original horizontal machine is unloaded process;
Wet sand low wet compression and wet shear strength test using vertical loading, because of the low strength of sand samples, it is not suitable for direct contact with the sand samples by hand, using SAC sample making machine equipped with a special opening and closing punch with a piece of tray to make samples, and directly placed on the vertical loading table, so as to avoid the damage of the sand samples in the course of the operation and the impact on the test results;
For high strength compression test (e.g. resin sand specimen), there is no need for other high pressure accessories and pressurizing equipment.
2. Cross-head fixture mechanism
The instrument adopts the crosshead displacement trimmer, which is convenient for placing the test samples and reduces the no-load time. The application of the crosshead fixture system improves the test accuracy and makes the operation very convenient.
3. High Accuracy
The instrument adopts numerical control mechanical loading, avoiding the measurement error caused by the hydraulic loading method due to leakage and temperature difference caused by the viscosity change of hydraulic oil. The use of high-precision S-type force transducer and 4 ½ bit A/D data acquisition system can be applied to fast data acquisition rate, the true reflection of the peak data when the specimen damage. Further improve the accuracy of the system.
4. Data storage and power-down protection function
This instrument can be in the case of power off or power outage, the collected data will be completely saved in the computer system for further display and printout.
5. Storage and printing function
The instrument has strong printing function. It can output the collected and stored data in the form of data through the keyboard command. For two groups and more than two groups of data, the average value can be printed.
