ZTY Intelligent air permeability tester adopts rapid method to determine the air permeability of type and core sand in dry state and wet state. The instrument consists of electronic electric air pressure source, imported high-precision micro-pressure sensor and microcomputer processing control, printing system and other components. It can automatically and accurately complete the measurement, display, data processing and printing of air permeability. It can be widely used in production, scientific research and teaching.

Intelligent permeability tester features:

1. electronic electric air pressure source: using special electronic frequency modulation speed motor, through the single-chip microcomputer digital control, to provide a constant air pressure output.

2. automatic switching of large and small flow-blocking holes, without manual intervention, by the computer intelligent judgment of the opening and closing of the two holes, to achieve the full range of automatic measurement of air permeability.

3. high accuracy: the use of constant pressure, frequency and speed control electric air pressure source can output a constant air pressure to ensure the accuracy of the test. At the same time imported high-precision micro-pressure sensors and 41/2-bit (decimal) A/D data acquisition system application can further improve the accuracy of the system.

4. Data storage and power-down protection function: can store 100 groups of experimental results. In the case of power off or power failure, the collected data will be completely saved in the computer system for further display and printout.

5. Printing function: adopting dot-matrix micro-printer, it can output the collected and stored data in the form of data through the keyboard command. For two groups and more than two groups of data, the average value can be printed.
