General Introduction
The T300 Handheld Melting Temperature Tester is a high-precision device designed for rapid temperature measurement in the melting processes of industries like metallurgy and foundry.
Main Features
Fast Temperature Measurement: It can measure temperature quickly, usually taking only 3 to 5 seconds to complete a measurement, and has a screen prompt to lock the temperature when the measurement is done.
Dual Display: The temperature data is displayed simultaneously on its own display screen and an external wireless LED large screen, and the software system records the data in real time.
Long-distance Wireless Transmission: The wireless transmission distance can reach 1000 meters without obstruction (requires the temperature measuring gun with wireless transmission function).
Gun Number Setting: The gun number can be set (such as the ROV-T302 temperature measuring gun), and the gun number is automatically remembered. It can be set to correspond to the furnace number, enabling automatic management of the measured temperature of each furnace through the software management system. However, this function needs to be used in conjunction with the upper computer software.

When paired with corresponding thermocouples, it may cover temperature ranges such as 0 - 1000℃ for aluminum and zinc melts, 0 - 1750°C for steel, iron, and copper melts, and 0 - 2000°C for high-temperature steel and iron melts.
Accuracy: The accuracy is high, usually reaching ≤±0.2%±1℃.
Resolution: The resolution can be up to 1℃.
Response Time: The response time is short, generally within 1 second.
Power Supply: It uses a rechargeable nickel-metal hydride battery (usually can measure temperature thousands of times after a single charge).
Thermocouple Compatibility: It can be used with 5 types of thermocouples, such as single platinum rhodium (KS-602/T4, KR-602/T4), double platinum rhodium (KB-602/T4), tungsten rhenium (KW-602), and nickel chrome-nickel silicon (K).
