Used for rapid determination of cast iron raw iron before the furnace CE% (carbon equivalent), C% (carbon), Si% (silicon and other technical parameters. The instrument is easy to operate, automatic calculation of the excess of insufficient, input data storage; 17-inch large screen display; the screen automatically displays the analysis data; external operating mouse; USB data interface, data storage, database query and output function.

● Can browse the curve trend graph of CE, C%, Si% stored from previous measurements at any time, which is convenient for analysis.
● Automatic calculation of material shortage according to the measured composition content, the set amount of iron, the target composition and the material retention rate, which is convenient for quick adjustment before the furnace.
● With input/output and communication function, it can communicate with computer.
● 8 different detection lines can be set to suit different kinds of applications. Characterized by accuracy, reliability and wide measurement range.
● Rapidly determine the carbon equivalent CE%, carbon content C%, and silicon content Si% of cast iron raw molten iron.
● High measurement accuracy and good stability, the accuracy of C% is within 0.05%, and the accuracy of Si% is within 0.1%.
● Spheroidization rate, creep rate determination, tensile strength and hardness determination.
● Measurement speed is fast, the measurement time is not more than 3 minutes, which is convenient for pre-furnace composition adjustment.
● Cooling curve and measurement data CE, C%, Si%, Mn%, TL, TE are displayed at the same time, clear and intuitive.
● Measuring range: C% value 2.80%-4.20% Si% value 0.90%-3.00% CE 3.20%-4.83
● Measurement accuracy: C% value ±0.05% Si% value ±0.10% CE value ±0.10%.
