1 Instrument introduction The high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer series consists of a high-frequency induction furnace, infrared detection system, electronic balance, computer, printer, etc. It is used in aerospace, machinery manufacturing, automobile, shipbuilding, commodity inspection, scientific research institutions, steel, casting, rare earth, alloy, oxide, coke, cement, soil, ceramics, chemical industry, ore, glass and other fields to detect the content of carbon and sulfur elements in metal and non-metal solid materials.

7 Infrared detection system 1. Up to four channels of infrared detection system can be selected, and the four physical infrared detection cells of high carbon, low carbon, high sulfur and low sulfur can be switched at will;
2. Detector: The pyroelectric solid-state infrared detector and high-precision A/D sampling card are used to make the whole machine have extremely high detection sensitivity and can effectively detect the content at the ppm level;

4. Constant temperature: The entire gas chamber is controlled by constant temperature to ensure the constant temperature of the analytical gas and the measurement accuracy. The temperature-compensated semiconductor detector is used to ensure that the instrument is little affected by the outside world and the baseline is very stable.
8 High frequency furnace system The electron tube adopts an air-cooled ceramic power tube with an input power of 3.5 kilowatts, and it works in a derated state, which improves the stability of power output and component life.
The main oscillator capacitor adopts a vacuum ceramic capacitor with a rated current of 100 amperes, which has extremely low dielectric loss and excellent stability, effectively improving reliability and power output stability.
All metal connectors of the high frequency furnace adopt copper surface silver plating and anti-oxidation conductive film technology; high Q value ferrite core coil is adopted; cooling air duct is provided to enhance the cooling fan power and improve the thermal stability of power components.
The power of the high frequency furnace is continuously adjustable through software-controlled program heating. The high frequency induction coil is coated with a special coating to eliminate the risk of ignition caused by oxidation of the coil.
9 Gas system Based on the pneumatic principle, multi-channel oxygen supply, fully automatic back-blowing and ash removal, fully automatic cleaning of the furnace head, furnace head constant temperature heating device, and multi-stage filtration system are designed. The gas circuit components including solenoid valves, cylinders, gas circuit pipes, and gas circuit joints are all imported components from Italy CAMOZZI Pneumatic Co., Ltd. The life of the solenoid valve is more than one million times. The cylinder adopts oil-free lubrication technology, which is suitable for harsh on-site environments, fundamentally solving the reliability and sealing problems of the gas circuit system commonly found in domestic products.
10 Furnace head constant temperature system The furnace head is the only key component on the equipment that connects the gas circuit, combustion furnace, and detection system. It provides oxygen for combustion and purifies the combustion gas to meet the requirements of the detection system. The furnace head is equipped with a metal filter with ultra-fine pores, which can reliably filter the dust in the combustion, purify the gas entering the analysis system, and protect the detection elements. The metal filter has the characteristics of small air resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, long service life (more than one million hours), high mechanical dimensional accuracy, and good sealing. The constant temperature heating device of the furnace head implements precise control of the furnace head temperature while heating, so that the analysis can be carried out as soon as the machine is turned on, without preheating, without saturation treatment of the gas path system, reducing waste samples, and ensuring the accuracy of the analysis, especially the analysis of low content and sulfur is more stable and accurate.
11 Gas path 1. Multi-channel oxygen supply design  The unique top-blowing oxygen system controls the running path of the combustion airflow, which not only ensures the smoothness of the gas path, but also protects the metal cleaning brush. The dedicated large-flow oxygen supply channel combined with the anti-dust return nozzle design not only ensures the large-flow oxygen supply requirements for the analysis of various materials, especially raw materials, ferroalloys and other refractory samples, but also effectively prevents the oxide dust generated by combustion from entering the oxygen supply system, greatly improving the stability and reliability of the instrument.
2. Multi-stage pressure stabilization design of the gas circuit  The gas source oxygen pressure reducer has a first-level pressure stabilization, the precision flow control valve has a second-level pressure stabilization, and the precision flow controller has a third-level pressure stabilization. According to the infrared detection principle, the pressure of the gas circuit system directly affects the analysis results. The more stable the analysis gas flow, the higher the analysis accuracy.
3. Automatic cleaning and ash removal design  The ash removal process is automatically controlled by a computer. Each analysis can eliminate the interference of atmospheric background elements and effectively eliminate the influence of moisture in the air on sulfur. At the end of each analysis, automatic positive pressure pulse dust removal is performed to discharge most of the oxide dust generated by combustion out of the machine. The mechanism operates stably and reliably and has been tested for more than 10 years. The fully automatic cleaning device can automatically clean the dust in the metal filter and quartz combustion tube at the same time, which can greatly improve the stability of raw material analysis, reduce equipment maintenance work, and provide a guarantee for continuous analysis.
4. Gas path design  The integrated design of the whole machine greatly shortens the connection route of the gas path system, making the gas path system of the whole machine more simple and reliable. At the same time, the shortening of the gas path also greatly reduces the impact of the adsorption and release effect of the pipe wall in the gas path system on the analysis results.
5. Multi-stage filtration and dust removal design  The design of the filtration system ensures that the infrared detection gas chamber will not be contaminated, eliminating the trouble of users cleaning the gas chamber (gas chamber cleaning requires professional level).
12 Circuit system The circuit system adopts large-scale integration, and all large-scale integrated circuit boards are mechanically welded. In addition, professionally selected electronic components ensure the stability and reliability of the circuit board in long-term operation. The power supply system uses two solid-state power modules with short-circuit protection, current shock resistance, dustproof, simple and reliable; the connection uses flat wire connectors instead of slots to eliminate the hidden trouble caused by poor contact, and improve the reliability of the entire circuit and the connection reliability between lines. The data transmission lines and other circuits of the circuit system have professional anti-interference measures, which effectively reduce the impact of electromagnetic interference.
13 Application software 1. Chinese application software on Window XP operating system, PC interface uses data exchange technology, builds a communication system working mode between upper and lower computers, multi-window and multi-task operation, and realizes automatic data storage in database management, powerful and multi-filter database retrieval engine, remote database monitoring through the network, synchronous display, storage, amplification of working curves and multi-level comparison of multiple curves, single-point and multi-point correction, self-diagnosis function, program heating and dozens of other functions. 2. Set the optimal melting temperature according to the release requirements of carbon and sulfur elements in the sample. When analyzing high-carbon samples, the release speed can be controlled by adjusting the power of the high-frequency furnace to improve the analysis accuracy. In ultra-low carbon analysis, the adsorbed carbon on the sample surface and the blank in the crucible can be effectively treated by program heating. 3. The infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer analyzes the carbon and sulfur content in the substance by detecting the absorption of infrared radiation by CO2 and SO2 gases; linear calibration is a key technology in instrument data. Since the Lambert-Beer law conforms to the exponential law and the infrared filter has a certain bandwidth, the gas absorption coefficient is not a constant, so it is very difficult to obtain the linear calibration of the integral area. We have made major breakthroughs in the design of calibration mode, calculation method, and calibration software, and have obtained good linearity within the full range. The full-range linear calibration technology, coupled with weight linear compensation, pressure, flow, temperature and other compensations, ensures the analysis accuracy of unknown samples from low content to high content within the full range, which is particularly important for quality control in the production process and scientific research institutions.

15 Instrument features 1. Low-noise, high-sensitivity pyroelectric infrared sensor is used to test and select carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide filters, which provides accuracy guarantee for high-carbon and low-carbon material analysis. With program heating, the impact of comprehensive background interference of the instrument on the analysis results is effectively reduced.
2. Shielding devices are added to the signal line and power line, and electromagnetic wave leakage prevention devices are installed on the infrared analysis host, high-frequency oscillation system, and high-voltage part.
3. Advanced and reasonable gas path design, digital pressure control system and high-precision flow control are used to stabilize the analysis flow, making the analysis data stability performance more excellent.
4. Automatic back-blowing ash removal system, automatic furnace cleaning system, and optional automatic dust collection function can effectively reduce the impact of dust on carbon and sulfur element analysis.
5. A high-efficiency physical dehydration device is added to the traditional analytical gas path to improve the analytical impact of crystal water on sulfur during combustion of special samples.
