Principle of X-ray fluorescence analysis: X-ray fluorescence analysis principle, using a certain wavelength of X-rays irradiation samples, elements in the excited state and excited photons, the formation of X-fluorescence rays. Different elements have different energies in the excited state, which produce different X-rays. The wavelength of X-rays is detected for qualitative analysis, and the amount of X-rays specific to the element is detected for quantitative analysis.

Instrument working principle: the instrument high-voltage power supply to the optical tube to provide tube voltage and tube current, the optical tube excitation of continuous X-rays, X-rays irradiated to the sample to produce X-fluorescence with sample characteristics, into the detector into a voltage signal, the signal is amplified and data acquisition sent to the computer for processing, and ultimately get the test report.
